Multiple creative spaces to use

BB offers 5 different areas specifically designed for each. Our spaces include:

• Cake smash 
• Lounge room
• Backdrop space
• Newborn beanbag
• Blank walls/ottoman/bench seating

You are also welcome to move around furniture to your liking. We have a number of props, benches and furniture you can utilise.

We have an 30+ backdrops in a variety of colours and themes for all our spaces for you to use.

You have full access to our materials, wraps and accessories to offer for your clients shoots. Includes a range of handcrafted materials made by BB exclusively.

This includes seasonal and festive props like Christmas trees and present boxes. 

Here is the equipment available:

• Softbox with spotlight
• Led light with stand

The studio was built around the natural light so we use minimal artificial lights. If you would like to bring your own equipment you can, just be aware there is a staircase up to the studio; in case you have heavy or bulky equipment.

Extension cables and charger chords are in the storeroom.

Any damage to equipment, props, backdrops or client closet will need to be replaced at the hirers expense. Additionally we expect you have your own insurances to cover you for any indemnity. 

We also have a client closet with multiple outfits for ages

0-3 for boys

0-7 for girls

S-XL for womens 

Including a beauty bar for your clients to get ready at. Beauty bar is equipt with a hairdryer and straighter for use.

We can provide a link with all the items in the client closet prior to the shoot date for you to share with your clients.

Colours include, shades of brown, nude and beige, Forrest green, pink, blue, burnt orange, white and ivory.

If you could please put all wraps and clothes from the closet into the black garbage bags once finished so we can wash them. Please leave in the foyer by the door.

• Please ensure you leave enough time to setup

 and pack down.

• You are welcome to share our Client Closet and Backdrops on our website to your clients to pick and choose from.

• Currently not all Client Closet items and props are listed on the website. Will be updated shortly.

• I will be at the studio to let you in and may stay on the premises while you are shooting but will not interrupt your session, this is purely to help setup and pack down if needed. If I do not stay I will be back to lock up or let the next client in after.
• If you know what backdrops or setups you want prior to your session you can let me know so I can have them out for you. You will still need to set them up. I may be available to assist but not guaranteed.

• If you are running late please text or call me. 

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior will require full payment. 

• Final balance will be sent by invoice 1 week prior.

If you would like to advertise studio bookings to your clients on an ongoing basis, we recommend booking a day or two a month on an ongoing basis. We have discounted pricing for those booking on a regular basis. Please speak to us to find out more.
